The best Healthy Food Videos and Recipes!


For 3 months now, I have started to eat a little bit healthier. I discovered that my body feels better when I give it only good food, because I gain more energy and I am happy all the time. I started first with Annie Jaffrey’s Videos and there I discovered the quinoa  which is sort of a rice, but a healthier one. I also drink a lot of water during the day, because this is the most important fact in becoming healthier.
